back in old days rock lee had his own moments shikamaru his own etc etc.Plus its nice seeing that naruto bought everything at peace and achieved his goal. But we want in boruto is that it has to has some sort off concept.

example:watching komi san making 100 friends is intresting i get that but who would watch komi san losing 100 friends u getting my point mate ?

plus it mainly focuses on boruto and kawaki karma coming out and them making orgasams and when they cant think of a way to make those scenes more they put epic sasuke and naruto collab fight which often ends up nerfing both of them.

There isn't supposed to be so much death, or even a war with the great nations in an alliance. This arc makes no sense since the Funato clan is technically fighting the entire continent.

Death is fine, it's war. It's just that this show isn't and will never be as good as Naruto since power scaling was broken when they nerfed Amaterasu and Edo Tensei Madara... and then alive Madara with no eyes was OP and then Hagomoro's buff was even OPier...
Then there was Madara's black zetsufication that didn't help the show at all...

It does have potential but even I gotta say this arc is trash man. It started off interesting and now its progressively getting worse, also am I the only one that hates the artstyle in Boruto? The bright colour palette honestly kills the whole tone for me unlike Naruto where the colour scheme changes when needed to match the tone and feel of the episode.

I'm not gonna say that people dying is making the plot of this arc shit at all, more so some of the particular situations they die in and how they die that's kinda rubbish. I don't mind characters getting killed off in a story like this, in Naruto there were so few deaths of relevant characters that could've/probably should've been killed in certain situations but miraculously made it through. If not for the Fourth Great Ninja War, present time deaths of relevant characters in Naruto were very few and far in between despite there being so much death around them and situations where they could've easily died.

I'm partial to seinens though so I generally prefer darker elements just as long as they're written well which isn't really the case in this arc, at all. Neither of these deaths were impactful to me in the slightest which, I think, is the real loss.
